P2196 - 02 sensor signal biased  / stuck rich Bank 1 Sensor 1

P2198 - 02 sensor signal biased / stuck rich Bank B sensor 1

P2196 and P2198 are the both same code definition . What you have is a lean condition , and the PCM trying to compensate by going rich, so vacuum leaks are the most common cause for this, Another possible fix is to do the Recall for the throttle body, TSB # 13B17S1where the ECU is updated.
