Receiving code, dealer has changed gas cap 3 times telling me that was the problem?

P2404 EVAP system leak detection pump

This is for the leak detectection pump ,what happens is the EVAP canister vent tends to get stuck open , it test good, but days later it code again.and this is all aprt of the leak detection module.
