2005 Dodge Caravan with code P0633

Question

I havethe dash 2005 Dodge Caravan and the gear is locked in reverse. The light on dash when I put it on park is on Reverse. I can gear it to D3L with lights on but on Neutral it won't go. If I put it back to Park it stuck on Reverse. I keep on turning it OFF and ON about 6 times and the code shows on ECM is P0633 which I don't see it in OBDII. Once in a while it will go back to Park, but it stuck most of the time in reverse. When I shut the engine off and stuck in reverse I can take out the key. Need HELP to find out what is exactly P0633 and how to fix this problem stuck in reverse.

The key being used is invalid, you must reprogram the key into the PCM.
