I am also experiencing code P0430. I've tried multiple troubleshooting with similar results. The code disappears for a tank or two of fuel, then pops back up. I've tried fuel system cleaners, cleaning the oxygen sensors and even changing fuel type to midgrade, with the same results each time. I do have an aftermarket intake, intercooler, and exhaust, but the truck ran for well over 10k miles before the codes appeared, so I doubt those items would be the root cause.

there is a service bulletin 13-3-3, the computer may need to be updated and maybe replace some parts.

This is cover under powertrain warranty or emission warranty not sure what the mileage for the warranty is, call ford to double check or look at owner manual
