My 2005 Nissan Altima 3.5L V6 jumps on occasions when the engine shifts from first to second gear. It also jumps when I put it on drive. It does this more than when it jumps in between 1st and 2nd shift. Any ideas on what it can be and what I can do to fix the problem? And any rough estimates of how much it'll cost to be fixed.

Thank you

Vehicle: 2005, Nissan Altima, 3.5L V6

have you replaced the transmission fluid? its suppose to be replaced every 30k miles to avoid expensive repairs.

If replacing the fluid does not help you are probably looking for $800 or so if the valve body its bad or if the torque converter is bad 6 hours of labor plus $500 to $1000 for the torque converter depending which transmission you have
