Put plugs and new coil on suspect cylinder. Fuel pressure, and compression test should be next, right? Or replace all the COPs first.

P0358 ignition coil primary / secondary

Sparkplug boots may just be needed. this does not mean the coil bad, if it is secondary replace the sparkplug boots, No need for fuel pressure test or compression at all. The second most common problem are the connection it should lock down with its own locking tab. if the locking tabs are broken the use of zip ties may help. Look at the coil 2 ways its either the sparkplug boots which would code a seconday ignition code P0358 or its connection which would be the primary connection P0358.
