P0339 Jeep -

Question

What causes the code to come up , after accelerating up to 100kms it is fine then after 40 or so km the car misfires and the PO339 alarm comes up. The car was sitting on 2000 rpm. Another code was detected with the scanning tool PO300. Any help is appreciated it is a 2006 Jeep Cherokke 3.7litre

P0339 Crankposition sensor (CKP)  intermittent

P0300 Random misfire

When the CKP is intermittent at this speed it will code a P0300 random misfire code. When the CKP is intermittent just replace the CKP. Check the ignition switch also this year make and model it can easily go to the off - on  position and turn to the on position .other than that this is the CKP
