P0422 and P0423 codes: check engine light on 2004 Mercedes-Benz ML350

Question

My check engine light just came on and after performing a scan, the codes P0422 and P0423 are displayed. What do i need to do? Does it mean my catalytic converter or O2 sensors are damaged?

P0422 The effect of the right-three way catalytic is too low

P0422 Heated catalyst below threshold Bank 1

Not necessarilly does this mean the catytic is non operational, a vehcle that is in good fuel control will also have a longer life of the catalyic, Check for tune up, when it comes to MBZ the sparkplug can get easily fouled. which will affect the perfomance of the catalyic convertor.
