Whenever the CK ENG LT comes on it will disable the ABS and TRAC. this is for safety reason, The CK ENG LT typically mean the vehicle is not at manufactuer operating specifications. Let say the CK ENG LT was due to a charging system or a transmission system , The ABS and the TRAC needs information of how fast the vehicle is going it is dependant on certain inputs without the necessary required input the ABS system will not work properly, To your advantage the ABS is disabled along with the TRAC. whenver the CK ENG LT comes on.
