P0505 Dodge -Why won't my Dodge Ram Van 1500 start with this code?

I recently replaced the PCM/ECM on my 200 Dodge ram Van 1500. The original code was P0601 (Internal PCM Fault) and P622 (Generator Field Circuit). After replacing the PCM, I now have a P0505 fault and the engine will crank but not start.

Replacing the ECM require a VIN reflash or the vehicle will not start at all.
