P2098 Dodge 5.7 hemi challenger how do I get rid of it?

Question

Installed long tube headers with high flow cats and a cat back exhaust and started throwing this code. Tried spacers on O2 sensors, didn't work. Cleaned sensors also didn't work. I know it's originating from the headers and cats, have no leaks. Is a custom tune my only option?

Are far as I know aftermarket headers with no cats will set the engine light no matter what.
