P2135 - do need to replace throttle body or the gas pedal

The code p2135 but I have hadbtwo different people tell me two different parts to get I don't know which to get the throttle dodgy or the gas pedal

Hummer has a TSB about this condition where you are not to replace the throttle body due to P2135, instead you are to have the ECM reprogramed with the latest software. TSB# 11-06-04-007CTitled engine control P2135 set.
