2000 Mazda Protege ES. Trouble code P1141 - Faulty HO2S12, HO2S12 harness is open or shorted, HO2S12 circuit poor electrical connection.

I recently had the alternator and upper O2 sensor replaced. Could there be a problem with the harness?

Vehicle: 2000 Mazda Protege ES 1.8L engine (gas)

P1141 H02S (rear) heater circuit low

That or the 02 sensor is shorted
