P0102 MITSUBISHI -

Question

My mitsubishi wont stay running at an idle. It is showing a po102 code. I believe that is the MAF sensor. Where is it and how di I diagnose the need to replace it?

Hi there,

This is the maf sensor code and it's located in the air stream between the air filter box and the throttle body. Without a scan tool all you can do to test is make sure there is power to the maf sensor. As long as there is power it likely is needing to be replaced. Sometimes if you remove them you can actually see where the wire has burned up.
