P0698 - how to fix reduced engine power problem

I have an accelerator position sensor code on 2006 Chevy duramax and want to know solution

P0698 - 5 volt refference 3 circuit low voltage

P2653 "B" Rocker arm actuator control circuit low

To begin with the Duramax does not have a rocker actuator  control circuit, the code you should have would be P2563 or P2564, What you have is a short to voltage with one of the sensor, On circuit 3 that is affecting other sensor on the 5 volt referrence 3 circuit, What is needed is the other code not the P2653 , if it is P2563 or P2564 it is the turbo vane position sensor which is a Recall. That is creatinf the problem.Recall # 08179 this is for the turbo vane position sensor , this is a limited Recall, at which time when it expires will just be a warrantty.
