PO339 Dodge - changed sensor 3 times, still throwing the code???

Question

We have changed all 4 O2 sensors and have now changed the Crankshaft Position Sensor 3 times and it's still throwing the 339 code, still has issues cranking and throwing my truck out of O/D - what else can I do or change?

P0339 Crankshaft position sensor intermittent

 

You are going to have to measure for the CKP 5 volts refference. If it looses its reference voltage this would be a ECM problem
