ls6 no start

i just installed rebuilt motor it cranks and fires but wont run theres one plug with dark br, light br, blk, and purple wires going to it near the pass. side rear of motor i think this is the prob, dont know where it goes please help

The purple wire is a low refference wire , so this is a important wire, it either for the MAF or the MAP Can you get a code pulled if a sensor is disconnected it would code a circuit high
