What the shift solenoid P0750 refers to is the LR solenoid valve. If this the only code condition that you have the TCM sees this as a faulty shift solenoid. If you have several transaxle  code condition accompanied with a 3rd gear fail safe condition, than you would have a open or short of the harness area.Check the harness area where a open or short will cause several transalxe code condition
