Could this simply mean a new gas cap?

P0138 - 02 sensor circuit high voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

This is for the downstream 02 sensor or the catalytic monitor sensor, circuit high are disconnection condition, where there is no contact with the sensor it either the sensor that has failed or the connection is not proper.
