P0446 Chevrolet - savana 3500

I have a Chevrolet Savana 3500 cutaway van. P0446 code. I have no ground control switching from plug. Trying to chase wire to computer for rule out a short in the wire or the pcm not functioning properly. Any thoughts.

P0446 Evaporative emission vent system perfromance

The vent is only grounded when it is commanded on, This code is usually the cause of the FTP (fuel tank pressure) sensor not reporting correctly. The FTP sit on the top of the fuel pump moduel.It is the number 1 in diagram
