P0193 FORD - I have the p0193 code, spark plugs can it be the problem?

P0193 FORD - I have the p0193 code in focus 2000 2.0 dohc, i found 2 spark plugs only with one of two electrodes, can it be the problem?

This code is for the fuel rail pressure sensor. This hasn't got anything to do with the spark plugs. This is either a fuel pressure issue or a problem with the sensor itself.
