P0155 Lexus -

Regarding my CEL, I'veinstalled a new header on my 2002 Lexus is300 without plugging the b2s1 because of the firewall making it unable to fit. But, even with the O2 sensor plugged in wouldn't I still get a CEL? I need help trying to get rid of the CEL and be able to pass an inspection.

Vehicle: 2002 Lexus IS300

The oxygen sensor has to be plugged in for it to work or it will set the engine light on.
