Lean Bank 1 and 2 , any lean Bank codes are conditions the most likely problem with a lean condition are vacuum leaks that gets past the MAF (mass airflow)this can be from a rupture or disconnected vacuum line either at the PCV or the brake booster or even a vacuum leak at the intake plenum gasket. Do a MAF cleaning which can cause a lean codes condition for both the banks.For recommends the use of Brake cleaner to clean the MAF
