What is the effect of not correcting this error c1104 on time how do i correct

Question

upon scanning my car the above error c1104 showed along with c1143 with abs light on.
What is the best method to change the various sensors and the likely cost. i fill should be able to do this myself as an engineer. Mechanics here are not trust worth.

C1143 is for the steering angle sensor, someone expensive OBD-II console have a steering angle reset.

if your alignment is off that might be causing the problem,

C1104 is related to the wheel speed sensor check to see if anything is damaged
