Showing code P0303 in my wifes 2009 Buick Enclave. Changed the #3 sparkplug & ignition coil , still getting the code & the hesitation. What other steps before taking in to the shop?

you might have a clogged or bad fuel injector if there is no wiring issues.

You can try to use 91 octane fuel from Shell and use a good fuel system cleaner like BG 44k or 3M (amazon sells them)
