Where are the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors located ? Are here any service bulletins out on the 2010 's pertaining to code P0017 on this truck?

There is no known TSB about this code for this vehicle , what cause this code are when the CMP pulses less than its normal position, some of the other cause are misaligned timing chain , or a misaligned CMP or CKP. there location for the CMP it is at the top engine, for the CKP it is at the near bottem
