Question

Have replaced, cam and crank sensors. ohm wires for sensor to comp. check all plugs , grounds and still has the code on every restart after clearing codes

HI there,

This indicates there is actually a mechanical problem with the timing. You should pull the cover and make sure all the marks line up AND check the oil control valve for any signs of it being blocked.
