1999 Jeep Cherokee Limited with code P1698. Got a reading - 001 Open CCD busline and 002 Failed TCM...any ideas what these might be?

P1698 No CCD message from TCM

This is for the TCM which is the Transmission control module. When there is no CCD or data getting to the PCM it's either the TCM is not properly connected or the TCM does not respond anymore.
