2008 escalade 6.2 engine, how much would it cost to fix a code P0328?

I'm getting a scan code P0328, and it runs a little sluggish starting from a stand still, but it smooths out after it gets up speed.

the knock sensor code puts cars in fail safe mode on some make and models.

The knock sensor is about $20 and labor is about an hour or so.
