P20C1, P20BD dodge def

Question

Hi, I am working on a 2012 Dodge 5500 with a 6.7l diesel. I keep coming up with a "Service DEF System Engine Will Not Start in 50 MI See Dealer" message on the dash. I took it to the dealer and they said it needed a Turbo actuator. I put one in and all of my codes went away except for P20BD and P20C1. They are for the DEF pressure and return line heater circuits. What do I need to do to fix this?
