Question

I have an 01 Dakota it started cutting out and backfiring the code was po152 so checked the wireing it looks fine fine so changed the b2 s1 o2 sensor cleared the computer and it ran good for about 6 miles then started cutting out and backfireing again and showing the po152 again anyone have a solution

P0152 -02 sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1,

What you have is a 02 sensor shorted to voltage, so yes this affect the other sensor from operating correctly, any power steering fluid or oil or even a hot hot exhaust shorting out the wire leading from the 02 sensor, You may have to open the harness of the 02 sensor,  in order to find the short and this includes Bank 1  oxygen sensor .
