p0155 code

Question

I'm getting p0155 on my 97 mustang v6 3.8 everthing checks out o2 sensors good 12v on heated side is there omd sensors have closed secate element is good still get code can cats be bad

P0155 -02 heater circuit malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

P0156 -02 sensor heater malfunction (Bank  2 Sensor2)

Even though the heater circuit is working , it is the lack of switching that this code is setting, any exhaust leak prior to the catalytic that is affecting the perfromance of the 02 sensor.When P0155 set,it  if affect the perfromance of the catalytic convertor. P0155 needs to be addressed first , .lack of switching can be from a degraded front 02 sensor
