04 mountaineer with dtc p0606 and p2106 what could be the cause of this?

truck has new plugs-wires-crank&cam sensors-new alternator- andall new timing gears throughout the motor alll 4

2004 mountaineer 4.0 v6

runs good but then idles down n stalls  mainly when placed in gear..once warmed up it keeps doing it throws it into limp mode
