i am getting P2112-ford 2006 E250 code

Question

I have no throttle ive replaced the TPS on the throttle motor and I got a used gas pedal at a junk yard with the TPS on it I changed it the problem got better for a bit but again I will loose throttle should I get a wire harness from the pedal to the throttle motor

The probelm will most likely be in the wiring or bad computer then, have you also tried to clean the throttle body? a dirty throttle plate will cause issue for the TPS sensor 

try to move the wiring harness around and while the car is running and someone and try to press the gas pedal.

has the car been in an accident? if so check near the repair for wiring damage.
