other reason for code p0103 on subaru

Question

1997 subaru legacy outback. Code p0103 already replaced maf sensor twice. Car is still cutting off when I decelerate. Dont see any obvious cracks or bad hoses. Idle is rough and only way I can get it to stay on is to keep pressing gas

P0103 MAF (mass airflow) circuit high input

Circuit high input are disconnection of that sensor , somewhere at the sensor there is a open wire .or poor connection
