Hi there,

This could indicate an actual timing error, or a wiring issue to the sensor. This sensor should have 3 wires, one has reference voltage of 5 volts, then one is the ground and the other is the signal wire. If you don't have the reference voltage then the wire from the PCM could be bad and causing the problem.
