I have had my truck for a few months haven't had any problems with it, till this have replaced camshaft position sensor and light still comes on.. I have not removed or tampered with distributor at all except to replace sensor

P1345 Crankshaft position (CKP)- Camshaft position (CMP) correlation

The only way you can get this code is if there is a disturbance with the CMP this usually occurs when the distributor is not properly set, the CMP if it is not properly seated will cause variation in the CMP signal.or poorly connected terminal connection at the CMP sensor
