How do I connect my android phone to the vehicle to read the codes?

I downloaded your app and I cannot seem to find any instruction about how to actually connect to the vehicle to read the code. I have a USB bluetooth adapter. Is that what I need? Please provide some guidance. thanks.

make sure all the apps are closed, connect to the bluetooth (password is 1234) after its closed open the app and connect to bluetooth. The app is still under development so if it does not work, please try to a different app torque app free or anyone of your choice.
