I got the engine code P0420 on my 2007 Honda Accord after disconnecting the battery multiple times to replace the headlight and battery terminals

This code is for the bank 1 catalytic converter below efficiency. This would be unrelated to the work that you have done or disconnecting the battery. I would clear the code and drive the car, if the light comes back with this code then you likely have a converter problem.
