2006 Nissan Murano SL 3.5L V6 has a CEL PA200. What is the cause or fix for this? No other performance issues have been noted.

The PA200 code does not exist. Do you mean  P2A00? If that is the case, then the code indicates an issue with the Air Fuel Ratio Sensor, and the sensor must be replaced to fix the problem. Here is the code page with more information.
