2003 Infiniti with engine code P0340, replaced sensor and code comes back. I replaced the Crankshaft Position Sensor. It worked for about two days, and it started the problem again.

The P0340 code is for the Camshaft Position Sensor and not the Crankshaft Position Sensor.

Possible causes:

- Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor
- Camshaft Position Sensor harness is open or shorted
