P1450 Ford - EXPLORER

Question

I can't pump gas, it shuts off at the station after every 5 cents or so. Did have the engine light come on eventually and had Auto Zone read the code for me. They came up with P1450 & P0451. Taking it into Ford, but when I told them about the problem initially, they claimed they didn't know what it could be and all I can see is them trying to charge me $$$ to "try to" "figure it out"... when I know they probably know what it is all along!!!

P1450 Unable to bleed up fuel tank vacuum

What you have is a restriced evap system, Ford also has put out a TSB about this condition TSB # 07-25-3. titled early fuel shut off. What need to be done is inspect for water intrusion at the cansiter which is causing the early fuel pump shut off.
