P0456 Toyota - what can i replace if such code appears?

this is what I did on my own; I replaced my fuel tank cap with new one. the code disappeared and after a week it reappears. I diagonize it with my tool, it is the same fault I got that make me change my fuel cap to new one. please help

did you use a New Toyota gas cap or aftermarket? OEM Toyota will work the best. 

if you used a OEM one, you will have to check to see if there are any broken,cracked or loose hoses near the engine bay and evap canister 

EVAP system leak is hard to diagnose if you don't have any experience, a mechanic that has an evap smoke machine can find the problem is a more proper time manner. find a good rated mechanic nearby your home
