95 Buick Park Ave runs erratic and is giving me a p0342 code. What steps can I take to fix this?

Sometimes it sputters at 65 mph.  Sometimes it won't start after running for 2 hrs but starts after 5-10 min.  I've changed the camshaft, crankshaft, and checked the magnet placement.
