P0302 misfire mercedes C300 2009

Question

Cyl #2 misfire. Replaced spark plugs and #2 cyl coil. Rough idle and #2 cyl misfire code P0302 still returns. Misfire noticeable at idle.

P0302 Misfire number 2 cylinder

Move the number 2 coil to a different cylinder and retest, When a MBZ has a misfire it disables the fuel injector so clearing the code is necessary. Whenever there is a misfire this a cylinder that does not contribute from a ignition problem to a fuel injector problem .
