P0496 Evaporative emission (EVAP) system flow during non purge

The code condition is where the FTP (Fuel tank pressure ) determines if a vacuum is drawn on the EVAP system , if the vacuum is greater than a predetermined amount of time. A leaking purge flow can be the culprit for this condition
