P0031 2003 Toyota Camry -

Question

Hello, I have a p0031 on 2003 camry. I changed oxygen sensor, but code remains. I checked heater values at connector and 12 volts on positive, but negative shows resistance of 1600 ohms. It brings voltage to heater to 11 volts and sets code. All wires and connection look good, could it be the ecm?

HI there, 

It is possible there is an issue with the ecm, but with this code you really have to check and see what the voltage is from the heater coming back to the ecm. If it's got a short to power, then there is to much voltage coming back and it will set the code.
