I have a 1996 Chevrolet Cheyenne truck and it has a multi cylinder misfire when they hook to machine after driving it it levels out but still has a miss what can it be any solutions

If it has more then a single cylinder misfire, there can be a few different reasons. Check for intake manifold vacuum leaks, possible plugged up converter, low fuel pressure. Any of these can cause a multiple misfire code like you have here.
