Car keeps jerking once I reach 20 mph hour and then accelerates in a burst and shakes, jerks as I keep accelerating. I tried reading the code manually since the obd 2 port doesn't work. What could it be?

There is no such code as P3366 for this car. Try to use a different OBD-II, the one you are using is not compatible with your car.
