I downloaded your app, I purchased your Elm Bluetooth device, I have twined them on my tablet. I get no readings. Also the disk that came with the Bluetooth is blank

Unfortunately our app its not working with some vehicles. Please try downloading another app and check if the ELM device connects with another app. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.
